The villa and its garden borders open nature on one side and the village on the other giving isolation and privacy. Comfortable interior is divided in two parts and comprises of 7 bedroom, large kitchen and 2 living rooms. In a separate building there is a well equipped fitness room and yoga studio with its own bathroom and small kitchen. Guests can book a personal trainer and yoga instructor as well as private chef.Gym is available only with hiring a personal trainer.

Villa Moncitta
Wir haben im Juli 2023 mit der Familien und Freunden (insgesamt 9 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern) zwei Wochen Urlaub in der Villa machen dürfen. Es ist ein wunderschönes Anwesen welches sehr gut Ausgestattet ist. Die Kommunikation mit Gordana war vorbildlich und sie hat sich immer schnell um unsere Belange und Wünsche gekümmert. Die Villa hat ausreichend Platz für uns alle angeboten und wir konnten uns bei Bedarf sogar aus dem Weg gehen um mal zur Ruhe zu kommen. Neben dem großen Pool (welcher regelmäßig vom Service gesäubert wurde) bietet das Anwesen einen Sport- und einen Yoga-Raum, sowie eine Tischtennisplatte um sich sportlich zu betätigen. Jedes Schlafzimmer ist klimatisiert und es gibt zwei Küchen, sowie 3 Kühlschränke und eine Waschmaschine. In der näheren Umgebung sind ein paar kleine Supermärkte mit dem Auto erreichbar, für größere Einkäufe sollte man nach Porec fahren. Gordana versorgt einen vor dem Reiseantritt mit Informationen zu lokalen Einkaufs-Möglichkeiten und Restaurants. Alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt den wir sehr genossen haben. Danke!

Wat een schitterende vakantiewoning !!! Met onze kinderen en kleinkinderen beleefden wij een prachtige zonnige week in deze bijzonder mooie villa. Alles is er perfect ingericht en alles is er ook uiterst net. Een magnifieke tuin, prachtig zwembad, fitness, ruim terras, zithoekjes in zon en schaduw,...
Goede bedden, verzorgd bed- en badlinnen. Goedwerkende airco in alle kamers. Er zijn wandelmogelijkheden en fietsroutes. De zee is dichtbij op slechts 20 minuten. De foto's en info op de website zijn de realiteit. Wij zijn super tevreden!

What a wonderful holiday home !!! With our children and grandchildren we experienced a wonderful sunny week in this very beautiful villa. Everything is perfectly decorated and everything is also extremely neat. A magnificent garden, beautiful swimming pool, fitness, spacious terrace, sitting areas in sun and shade, ... Good beds, well-kept bed and bath linen. Good working air conditioning in all rooms. There are hiking opportunities and cycling routes. The sea is close at only 20 minutes. The photos and info on the website are the reality.We were super satisfied.

We loved the villa so much last year, that we booked again. It's a beautiful villa with plenty of space, very clean and set in a beautiful garden. The pool is amazing, as is the addition of a yoga studio and gym. I would highly recommend having Marijana to cook, we booked her for 3 nights, her food is wonderful, fresh and locally sourced. Gordana is extremely helpful and responds promptly to any requests you may have. I would not hesitate in recommending this beautiful villa.

Beautiful villa in peaceful surroundings
We have just returned from a glorious holiday in Villa Moncitta. We were a family party of 15 - 9 adults and 6 children (3 to 10 years) and the Villa offered something for everyone. The children were hardly out of the lovely large pool or playing in the garden, and the adults relaxed in the extensive grounds with so many peaceful places to sit and read or chat. The rooms in the villa are beautifully appointed - the kitchen/living area large, cool and comfortable and the bedrooms and bathrooms also lovely. There are so many nice touches in the Villa and we really felt at home. We mostly cooked at the Villa and the kitchen equipment was excellent - everything you could need. We also had a lovely meal prepared for us at the villa by a local chef - Marjana - which was a special treat. Trips to the seaside were very easy - we especially enjoyed a day at Rovinj - but as the weather was really hot in the high 30s we were glad to return to the air conditioning in the villa. We wished we had booked for a fortnight as there is so much to enjoy in the area and we will certainly hope to return in the future. Gordana was a wonderful owner, responding promptly to any queries and giving lots of helpful information. I really couldn’t recommend Villa Moncitta more highly for a wonderful venue for families or a group of friends. Our holiday there exceeded all expectations!

A 5 STAR VILLA
The location and facilities were first rate with great beds, loads of space and interesting nooks to tuck yourself away with a book. Gazebo, table tennis, badminton, mountain bikes, pretty much every thing a family would wish for was there to be enjoyed. As for the pool...wow.. big enough for serious laps and space for all 8 of us to cool off and have fun. Gordana was on the ball dealing with a minor issue that we created and her recommended chef for the night, Marijana, proved to be one of the highlights of our stay. Some things that future guests should be aware of...the house is actually 2 houses in the one building, a 5 bed large house and a 2 bed smaller house, absolutely not a problem as the patio and kitchen/lounge served our group perfectly and a reminder that the pool surround will be slippy when wet so pool shoes might be advisable. Also the internet in that location, rural and in the hills, was patchy. Well done, Gordana, you have given us the best villa holiday we have ever experienced and we've had a few!! A big Thank You from the Watt family.

A week in Istria
The villa was a wonderful location for our group of 12 made up of three different families. We day tripped to Porec, Roving, Pula, Piran Solvenia, the Kamenjak pennisula as well as surrounding hill towns. We had Marajana cook for us two nights and it was awesome! She is an absolute delight and a marvelous cook. There are also many excellent vineyards nearby. The villa is very well appointed with a wonderful pool and grounds that were so welcome after a day of exploring. The villa is in a rural setting so everything is a drive. Even if you stay in a town in the Istria you will need a car to explore other areas. I highly recommend Villa Moncitta.!

Villa Moncitta
We were a party of 3 families, with 7 children between us ranging in ago from 5 to 10. We had a wonderful holiday in Gordana’s villa. If anything the description doesn’t do it justice. Villa is spacious, looks stunning from outside and full of character but has all modern conveniences- new bathrooms, comfy beds, and the best equipped kitchen of any villa I’ve seen. The pool is large and has a non slip but comfortable surface. The little pool house is really useful with toilet, fridge and water right on hand. Kids loved the pool and the garden, especially the swing. There are figs and herbs in the garden you are free to use and eat and a lovely shaded gazebo. The location is rural, which gave us the best of both worlds with beautiful woods, meadows, and hilltop villages nearby but only 20-25 minutes drive from all the tourist amenities you could wish for in Porec. The villa is 1 mile off the main road, on a small tarmac road, in a hamlet. It was easy to find in the daytime but I imagine arriving at night for the first time could be trickier. However, directions were clear and Google Maps helpful! There is so much to do and see in the area, but equally you could choose to just relax at the villa in peace. Highlights for us were a day trip to Brijuni islands, the Roman archaeology in Pula, the beautiful hill town of Motovun, and cycling on the local off road route the Paranzana Trail. We’re missing having Coffee and delicious pastries at the local town of Visnjan too! We had Marijana come and cook for us twice at the villa, and I couldn’t recommend this enough - delicious locally grown food, wine from her brother’s cellar, fresh juice and cordial, all without leaving the villa. It was definitely another highlight of our stay. Gordana was extremely helpful and responsive and I would definitely come back here for another holiday!

A lovely villa set in unspoilt surroundings. Good communication early on enabled us to make the most of our stay, and the directions to the villa where perfect. We did have a small issue with the washing machine, but it was fixed in a timely manner. I would recommend this villa to anyone who wants peace and tranquillity.

Meine Eltern, meine drei Schwestern mit Familien und mein Freund und ich verbrachten eine tolle Woche in der Villa Monchitta. Der Pool war sauber, der Garten gepflegt. Wir konnten die Feigen direkt von den Bäumen essen. Das Haus, die Küche beinhaltet alles was man so braucht. Alles in allem, ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem zauberhaften Haus.
